How do I become TrueID licensee?

Simply click on this link to register your account and immediately gain all the benefits of being a TrueID Licensee. Once the agreement is completed and approved by TrueID you will receive a TrueID Account Invite by email.

Can I trial the TrueID software system?

Yes our Terms & Conditions within our Licensee Agreement provides a no obligation 28 day free trial period. Should you decide to opt out, simply contact us within the 28 day trial period and your TrueID Licence will be cancelled.

Does the TrueID system require any special training or equipment?

No, you will find our system very intuitive and user friendly. You will also be provided with a detailed user guide or you can simply contact us anytime. All you need to get started is any type of internet connected device with a camera, including smart phones.

What’s the TrueID definition between a Verifier and an Identity Agent?

A verifier has full access to all reporting and management systems, can  review and retrieve data anytime while an identity agent is restricted and can only make and conduct a VOI, VOA and/or Client Authorisation Statement appointment with a client. Once an interview has been submitted by an identity agent the interview is immediately closed and any further access by the agent is denied.

What is classified as a user using the TrueID system?

A user is someone who you have invited and accepted to have an account within the TrueID system; be that a verifier or an identity agent. It’s your software program to decide who you invite to use the system and in what capacity. You can assign multiple verifiers within your organisation, or even appoint an identity agent outside of your organisation. Remember you have total control with the ability to activate and inactivate a users account anytime.

    INITIAL PERIOD:
    One (1) year from the date of this agreement with a 28 DAY (no obligation) free trial period from the date of this agreement.

    LICENCE FEE:
    Select which category (Small, Medium, Large or Enterprise) applies. All categories offer unlimited use to record, store & retrieve entered data (including images). To continue past the trial period, TrueID will request your authorisation and obtain your bank details for payment via. direct debit.
    TrueID will contact you within the 28 day trial period to ask whether you wish to continue to be a TrueID Licensee or to opt out.

    Should you elect to opt out your TrueID Licence will be cancelled and account closed. All data recorded will be returned to you within 14 days from the date of termination.

    Please note: A "user" using the TrueID system is defined as someone who you have nominated or invited to use your TrueID account; be that a verifier or an identity agent.
